What locations do you ship to?
We package & ship orders internationally but transit time will vary from location to location. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
Our products are carefully packaged with the utmost care. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes for their respective countries. No refund will be issued in the event that the customer refuses shipment of the item(s) ordered.
While we make every effort to thoroughly inspect all prints and art pieces prior to shipping; there may be the odd occasion where something does get missed or overlooked. Should this be the case, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation in a reasonable time frame. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.
Shipping charges will NOT be refunded unless the product(s) arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
In the event your shipment arrives and is incorrect, damaged, or flawed, we will make every attempt to ship out a replacement as soon as we can. We will pay for any return and/or additional shipping charges required.
How long does an order take to process?
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers are provided for every order with a package size above 4"x6" Tracking numbers will be added to the order on the website after shipment.
